I’m Alice, a leadership and conflict coach and consultant, working with senior leaders and founders to help them achieve a people-powered competitive edge, with a specialism in building conflict-competent cultures.
An experienced leader turned leadership coach, I have built and led teams through periods of rapid growth and challenging disruptive change, for startups and more established businesses.
Today I work with Boards, CEOs and their teams with audacious goals in sectors as varied as Finance, Media, Tech and Not-for-profit. But what all my clients have in common is a bias for action, and a readiness to experiment with new evidence-based tools and techniques to bring out the best in themselves and their teams.

I’m Louise, an experienced and in-demand leadership and performance coach. I coach individuals and teams at all levels of seniority in a wide range of sectors, including luxury, fashion, technology, financial services, and NGO. I also coach and mentor in the start-up and venture capital spaces where rapid growth, volatility and variable management capability can be significant challenges. As a former merger and restructure consultant, I’m seasoned in supporting clients to thrive and grow through times of exceptional uncertainty and opportunity.
